Job Description：

1、Provide leadership and guidance to Warehouse, 3pl Warehouse, coordinate with other function departments to manager material and production plan;

2、Be responsible for Supply chain KPIs deliverables: Safety, Inventory turns, Availability/Flexibility, Warehouse labor cost, Freight cost, 3rd party logistic cost, planning accuracy, Inventory reserve management to proactive manage inventory and take right actions at the first time;

3、Proactively manage production backlog, interfaces with PM, F&M, sales and customer service team and related departments to ensure on-time deliveries;

4、Supervise the factory Warehouse and production planning team daily running to ensure safety, health and environmental procedures are getting in place;

5、Be responsible for 3PL Warehouse daily management to ensure stock readiness, logistic and W/H cost optimization to meet customer requirement;

6、Develop and optimize department SOP to ensure team working in a high efficient and effective problems solving way;

7、Maintains an effective organization through the selection, development and motivation of all personnel;

8、Develop management talents necessary to achieve short and long range objectives by effective direction, coaching and training according to an overall manpower planning;

9、Drive cost-out actions, manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in delivery, cost and overall efficiency in order to achieve supply chain efficiency;

10、Prepare and controls departmental budget;

11、Prepare related reports or improvements update in regular basis;

12、Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.

1、5-7 years in business experience, driving team excellence, and managing people;

2、Proven leadership skills ( lead, motivate, process and people management skills);

3、Passion and commitment to Lean operation and supply chain;

4、Experience in improvement processes (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, VSM, etc.);

5、Authority to make changes happens across functions and departments;

6、Authority to commit resources;

7、Track record of being a change agent

8、Successful and effective communicator;
